CORY BIO – K. Cory-elisabeth Hayward is an award-winning American composer, musician, singer, arranger, and scriptwriter best known for her considerable contributions to Contemporary Christian Music. She has writing credits on more than 300 songs and 400 percussion solos and ensembles, so far. She is also an accomplished arranger, specializing in orchestral recreations and acoustic treatments. As a drummer, Cory has 5 national tours, decades of Christmas shows, and more than a thousand live performances under her belt. She has also had the privilege of performing for 2 presidents and 1 vice president. Cory has degrees in Music (B.A.), Speech Communication (B.S., M.A., and Ph. D.), and Theology (Th.D.) with minors in Spanish and Mathematics. Cory proudly lives in the Nashville, Tennessee area. Cory’s mother, Lisa, is an accomplished Artist, while her father, Randy, is a gifted craftsman and the foundation of their online business. Cory has 2 brothers.
